Since 1987, I have been dedicated to helping clients achieve a balanced and harmonious connection between mind and body. As an independent Holistic Health Practitioner and Massage Therapist, I offer a range of therapeutic modalities, including Deep Tissue, Neuromuscular, Myofascial Release, Somatic, and Mind-Body Alignment Series, all tailored to meet each client's unique needs. Every body is different, and my approach ensures personalized care to promote overall well-being.
In addition to my private practice, I serve as a bodyworker at The Golden Door in Escondido/San Marcos, CA, where I continue to integrate my experience with a holistic focus.
